1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the research, content, or services provided by Kaipsul LLC ("Kaipsul," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Kaipsul operates as an independent research laboratory focused on artificial intelligence and law. We provide research, content, and services.

3. Not a Law Firm

Kaipsul's research, content, and services do not constitute legal advice and are not a substitute for professional counsel. No attorney-client relationship is created by accessing our research, content, or services.

4. Technical Research Software

4.1 Memory-Isolated Recursive Compression ("MIRC")

Memory-Isolated Recursive Compression ("MIRC") is a technical utility for document pre-processing.

4.2 Algorithmic Segmentation (MIRC)

MIRC utilizes algorithmic segmentation ("chunking") to process documents. Users acknowledge that this deterministic process may sever semantic context between segments.

4.3 Probabilistic Compression (MIRC)

Following segmentation, MIRC utilizes probabilistic AI models to generate compressed representations. Users acknowledge that MIRC achieves this probabilistic compression through a form of probabilistic summarization. Users acknowledge that the output is a lossy representation of input data and is not a replacement for the source text.

4.4 Prohibited Reliance on Technical Outputs

Due to the probabilistic and lossy nature of MIRC and other technical utilities, users agree not to rely on the output for compliance with professional or statutory obligations.

4.5 No Warranties for Software

All Kaipsul software and technical utilities are provided "as-is" for research and evaluation purposes without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. User Responsibility

Users of Kaipsul's research, content, and services bear sole responsibility for:

• Verification of all output against original source documents.
• All professional obligations, decisions, and actions taken by the User.

6. Research and Publications

Kaipsul may, but is not obligated to, produce research papers and technical literature. All such documents are provided for informational purposes only. Citations and data within such documents are offered in good faith but users should independently verify information before relying on it for professional purposes.

7. Consulting Services

Consulting services are provided under separate written agreements. These Terms of Service do not create a consulting relationship.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our research, content, or services for unlawful purposes or misrepresent the nature of the output as verified fact.

9. Intellectual Property

All research, content, and services are protected by copyright. Software is licensed under open source licenses as specified in each repository. Kaipsul and associated marks are trademarks of Kaipsul LLC.

10. Regulated Professions

Licensed professionals in regulated fields maintain sole responsibility for compliance with professional licensing requirements and professional standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kaipsul LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our research, content, or services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaipsul LLC from claims arising from your use of our research, content, or services.

13. Privacy

Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

16. Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kaipsul LLC.
